- Use of Eco Thermal Paper’s since RC10LV and RC25 act as a Top- Coat
in combination with suitable Eco Thermal Papers. That means excellent coating quality, water- and grease repellence combined with mechanical / chemical resistance. - Due to the use of removable and microsphere adhesives a drastic reduction of silicon in the formulations is acceptable resulting in Release Coatings for more sustainable label solutions. The issue of recycling problems can be mitigated or eliminated.
- With the flexibility of adjusting the release force values with RC10LV/RC25 to meet the requirements of the customer depending on printing machine and adhesive type. From permanent to removable to microsphere technology. Both products are coater ready and easy to blend.
